possible to opt a contact in to a topic with a button in a email

With the new function coming soon making it possible to have a one-click unsubscribe we play with the idea of having a button in your emails that opts a contact directly into a specific topic. 
 
The case is that we have different topics and communicate with your contacts based on the topic they have opted into. Lets say that we operate with two topics, Newsletter and Product news. When a contact opts in to topic Product news we want to send them a welcome email and in that email we would like it to be a button (sign up for our newsletter as well). If the contact click on this button the contact will automatically be opted in for topic Newsletter in in contact point consent. Does someone know if this is possible?
 
And also have a filter on the button saying that this button in the mail will only be visual for contact that has not already an opted in status for topic Newsletter. Possible as well?

    Thank you for your feedback - this is a good option to consider.

    I was hoping that when clicking on this button in the email it would automatic create a new record in the contact point consent tabel with opted in status for topic Newsletter on the same emailadress the email was sent to. 
    As of now i think maybe the best option is to link the preferance senter to the button.

    Hi,
     
    You can create a marketing form for opting into the Newsletter topic.
    Then link the welcome email button to this marketing form URL.
     
    Create a custom trigger, create a journey based on this trigger, and send this welcome email during the journey.
    This trigger is executed in Power Automate Flow when a contact opts into the Product news topic.
     
    Here's the email that was received.
     
    With the click the button in the email to opt into the Newsletter topic.
     
    As for your second filtering requirement it cannot be implemented.
