 Hi ,

I have question when i click look up  bouton , i want to disable ( the Look in), from search criteria, any idea ?

    then this is not possible at this version. Unless you are using v9.0

    i created a view by specific filter , and set it by javascript, when i click on the look up , i show juste records with the filter , for that it's ok

    but i need to not give user possibility tio change the view

    but the lookup is on the business process flow bar , not in the body form

    Hi,

    No you can not disabled this. Is there any specific reason to disabled this ?

    Microsoft provide  both control of record and also field using security role.

    In addition  you can also add filter in your view to control your view to show some specific data and disabled particular view.

    You need to think some alternate  solution using security role or may be filter criteria of view.

    thank you Goutam,

    But i'm talking about subject , on my form i have lookup , when i click , the Windows was open and i have

    criteria for doing search :

    Look for : entity

    Look In : for select views ( I want to freeze that)

    Hi,

    Go to form editor and double click on field and make it read only.

    it is  possible to disable or "Look In" field on lookup window so that user can not change the views. ?
