Hi,

We are using spot counting feature. We take print-out item locations using the "on-hand" function, giving them to workers and then having them "spot cycle count" on the mobile device. e.g. ERP quantity of Item 000001 is 9 and I spot count the same 9 from the mobile application.

Despite having the same quantity, the system is creating 'Cycle counting Pending Review' work however it should create work on closed status.

Secondly, if I click on cycle counting then it is showing all items instead of just item 000001

Hi Zeeshan,

Can you please check this setup on the warehouse worker setup Warehouse management > Setup > Workers?

Are they empty or something configured here

Setup on the worker is same as per your screenshot, they are empty.

did you manage to solve issue of all items being displayed instead of just the counted one. we are facing this issue.??

Hi Rahim, this is because spot cycle count asks you to scan the location, then the products. So the system expects you to scan all products which are on hand on that location. If you scan only one item and close the counting, all the remaining items will be considered as discrepancy, therefore the pending review will take place. You can also see on your screen shot all the items you didn´t scan has "counted quantity" = Zero.
