Dynamics GP 2013 Not Removing ALL Receivables Transaction History

Dynamics GP 2013 (12.00.1745): When running Utilities > Sales > Remove Transaction History not all invoices for our parameters are being removed. There are several documents that this applies to, but I'll refer to one specifically.

(We are running Remove Transaction History prior to 12/31/2015.)

The specific document is dated April 2014, and it was paid in April 2014 and the payment was posted in April 2014. When we run Remove Transaction History prior to 12/31/2015, it doesn't get removed. The PYMNT document that was used to pay it was also applied to other documents, but all were before the 12/31/2015 date.

We've drilled down every-which-way and we don't see ANY dates related to this document or the PYMNT document that are after 12/31/2015. We've run Check Links and looked in RM30101 and RM30201 for these documents and all looks as it should, again with no dates after 12/31/2015.

What could be causing this document to not be removed?
