Greetings,
I am attempting to set up a additional register for a store I support and I found that I am unable to record macros. The macro function key is greyed out, even for the administrator ID I use.
So far I have tried:
I have run out of ideas, but I am inclined to think it has to do with a setting for the desktop computer.
Any help would be much appreciated.

login using administrator account,Press Ctrl+Click the blank space on you left next to ship To button,followed by Ctrl+s,click on macro and check if Disable change is enable,untick if enabled.Now you should be able to change macro.
