Greetings,
I am attempting to set up a additional register for a store I support and I found that I am unable to record macros. The macro function key is greyed out, even for the administrator ID I use.
So far I have tried:
- Full reinstall of RMS
- Changing UAC and administrative privileges
- Different login accounts for both RMS and the local machine
I have run out of ideas, but I am inclined to think it has to do with a setting for the desktop computer.
Any help would be much appreciated.
