Hello I am trying to load open customer balances using a configuration package table 81.
 
I created a new Gen Joun Template with a new batch. 
 
I get the following error:
 
 
 
 
 
Here is the screen shot of the batch, as you can see the number series is blank
 
Here is a screenshot of  the config package:
 
Any ideas please?

    The default line no. in business central increases by 10,000 by default. Your line no. seems to be increment by 1000 which doesn't seem correct.
     
    Try to fix the no. and try again.

    Hi, I think it has nothing to do with Line No. This is an Integer field. Theoretically, 1, 2, 3, 4... are also fine.
    It seems that there is duplicate data in the system. Can you enable the following options and re-import to see if this problem still exists?

    Hello,
     
    Yes you are correct that there is No No. Series. But you need to Click on "Edit Journal" and check that there is any line exist in that particular Journal or not.

    Hello Yun Zhu,
     
    I can delete the table before re applying the package and this will work. However, this is a new company and it should have any other journals at the moment. Also, if i did this, will it affect/cause errors in any other part of the system?

    Hii there ,
     as per your requirement you can apply Boolean Delete table record before processing , if you want to clear the OLD records . as per @YUN ZHU suggested.

    Hello,

    Has the exported file been modified in any way, regarding text or decimal fields? I would recommend entering a line in the journal, exporting the file and making the modification to re-import.
     
    At the same time, it would also help to enable data deletion within the configuration package.

    There should be junk data. This problem should not occur when you import for the second time.
    Also, this will not affect other companies, only the current company's Table 81.

    Hello

    The error occurs because a journal line with the same Line No. (e.g., 10000) already exists in the OBAL batch. To fix this, either delete the existing journal lines from the OBAL batch before importing or update the Line No. values in your Excel file to unique numbers not already used. This will prevent duplicate entry conflicts during the import.

    Hii There , as per requirement You can Check That The data in excel is correct , in some of line line No is same that time this error possible , you can check reference as per links provided by other community members, also i had checked a link through that also you can try.
