Set Team as case owner using Record Creation and Update Rule Flow

Hello, I would like to automatically set a case owner to a team when the email is converted to a case using a record creation and update rule flow.

We are just using the out of the box flow (with the exception of setting the case type field)
I would like to set the case owner to be set as a 'Team' rather than a user. The Team is called 'Tech'.
I have checked and we can set the case owner as 'Tech' team for manually after the case is created but I'm not sure how to amend the flow to do this automatically.

I'm fairly new to Power Automate so would really appreciate the steps I need to add to get this set up.
I've done a fair bit of searching online and can see that this is done fairly easily using record creation and update rules in the 'old' service management but this is now deprecated, and not sure how to set up in the unified interface experience.

I'd be very grateful if somebody can assist me with this.
