I've created a new company in FRx and receive the following errors when trying to access: 'Error 9 Subcript out of range. The error occurred while populating the frl_entity table in the GLX database' 'FRx engine failed to create GL index file.' Recently I have modified some segments for GLs using tools library. There were some wrong records in GL40200 table (for a segment that was not there anymore after my change and some blank segment reference). I have removed these. My error is still her. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Hello Yury,
When you download an FRx Service Pack, there should be a SQL script (SBI).
Run the SBI script and then try to log into the Company.
Thank you,
Even though FRx is not officially supported on GP 2013 these scripts will work. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
Rich. Thank you for the quick answer. I will have to try it on Monday when back to work (no remote access to Great Plains or FRx). I will post here if it worked.
Also, I forgot to mention the version - we are on Great Plains 2013 R2 and FRx 6.7 service pack 12. Would this approach work with this versions?
Thank you again for your answers.
Yury
Step 1) Backup your company database
Step 2) In SSMS run this script DELETE GL00105
DELETE GL40200 against this database
Step 3) Run check links for Tools-> Maintenance -> Check Links -> Financial -> Account Master
Step 4) Try FRx again
