Error in Data Transfer Tool

When I try to execute the cmd command to import the files containing environment data I am receiving the following error.

5543.error.PNG

We have installed AX 2012 R3 CU12

cmd is being run as an admin.

SQL Instance is installed in the same evironment as the AOS.

This is the command being executed: DP.exe IMPORT “C:\Users\DynamicsInstallUser\Documents\DemoData\MicrosoftDynamicsAXR3DemoData” MicrosoftDynamicsAxCON

8585.Capture.PNG

All SQL characteristics have been properly installed.

2318.SQL.PNG

Does anybody know why the error above is being shown? Otherwise, does anybody have a .bak or a clean data base that I could use for my environment?

Try to use a shorter path, for example c:\temp

Have you looked at the complete error message? The screenshot is only showing a little part of it. Can you find some related events in the Windows event viewer? Or maybe some logging in SQL server logs?

    Hi Luis

Try to add also the SQL Server name instance like DP.exe IMPORT “C:\Users\DynamicsInstallUser\Documents\DemoData\MicrosoftDynamicsAXR3DemoData” MicrosoftDynamicsAxCON SQLInstanceName

check that your export path has domain users privileges under security in windows. Also on your db check the owner. Is it SA or blank? If it is then change to AxAdmin as the owner.

    Hello everyone
First I wanted to thank you for the help you gave me in each of your comments. Now the error was solved and the problem existed in the USER.
THE USER DID NOT BELONG TO THE ADMINISTRATOR'S DOMAIN OF THE MACHINE. So I just added it and ready to start running
