An open operation on table 'PA_POPLine_Temp' has an incorrect record length.

When the user click OK the 2nd error pops up

Unhandled script exception:

Illegal address for field 'PA Project Number' in script 'Get'.  Script terminated.

 

This doesn't happen all the time.

    When does the error occur? What is the user doing? What window are they opening? Are they entering a record, saving a record, deleting a record???
