Hi Community,
We are facing weird issue with one of the Business User who is using CRM on premise system.
Say we have User X &Y in our CRM instance and when User X is logging with his credentials User Y User is showing under User profile in top right corner.
Now when User X is trying to Save Lead record, he gets an error due to missing privilege. But this User has the correct privilege assigned. Since incorrect User profile is opened system is trying to save Lead record under the context of User Y and shows an error.
I have verified the authinfo column in System user authentication table in MSRCRM_CONFIG TABLE and it seems to be correct.
I have followed below article to reconnect the User record to refresh the Active Directory details but didn't work.
Your help is really appreciated
