Enterprise portal site created on SharePoint 2013 can't be accessed by admin

Hi,

AX 2012 R3.

SharePoint version 2013

Windows 2012 R2.

EP is installed on SharePoint 2013 - SP1.

Dynamics AX Site is created  but even admin user can't access the site which was used for instalation.

admin user is added in farm administrotor group and as site administrator.

Authentication for SharePoint - 80  in IIS :

ASP.net impersonation - enabled.

Windows authentication - enabled.

All others are disabled.

This seems to be permission issue but admin user is added to the form admin and site collections but still can't access the site.

Any help will be appreciated.

    hi Crispin,

    thanks for the suggestion.

    i have used the IISReset command, restarted the machine but same result.

    Business proxy account in AX is same account that is being used as web admin.

    It could be the authentication method being used in SharePoint setting which is causing the issue.

    Issue resolved:

    I have done below changes to sharePoint admin.

    SharePoint administration -> Security -> Specify authentication -> Click on default zone ->

    Integrated windows authentication was set to negotiate(kerberos) -> I updated it to NTLM.

    Unticked the Require Use Remote permission.

    Restarted the AOS’s.

    All AOS's were online.

    Restarted the IIS.

    Admin user was able to connect to Home page after that.

    EP was accessible.
