WMS - Inbound Load

Hi all,

New to TMS and WMS. Was trying to create Load for inbound however it doesnt seem to work. Any how, I need to know the comprehensive setup if there's something I could omitted.

I had create auto-load via TMS/WMS parameter. However, when I click Load Workbench ribbon, and Click New Load, and select template, it doesnt show anything.

But when I navigate to WMS, and Click all loads, the Load ID is there but shown as Outbound Direction. Why is this so? Secondly there is no detail or lines in the Load.

Can yo please show us some screen shots.

The normal process is as below

1. Create Purchase Order

2. Add purchase order to a load

3. Add charges to the load

4. Receive PO/Load/Pallet through mobile device

5. It will create work order

6. Work order will be dictated based on location directive

7. Recv the order

8. Packing slip

9. Invoice

Hi Ethan,

Have you downloaded the Warehouse Management System Implementation Guide for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3? www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

Probably you missed some configuration.

Are you using an own environment or a Contoso Demo dataset?

Hi Andre,

Thanks for the reminder. I believe I had omitted, automatically create load during purchase order in both WMS and TMS.
