I think you need to clarify your requirements a little further. There many ways to create interfaces between SAP and AX ( flat files, Ws, IDOC, RFC, etc.).

Recommended approach is to include LogicalApps and BizTalk server such that the data flows for outbound operation from D365 would be D365 to LogicalApps to Gateway to BiztalkServer and to SAP(and same inbound flow to D365 from SAP).
