Has anyone found a way to send an email to contacts that submit a change via the subscription center. When we were on Marketo we would send confirmation emails when people made changes, our marketing department is asking for the same ability... But I can't find a way to "detect" the subscription center has been submitted by the client.

You can send the confirmation email by the next steps:
1. Create a new marketing email.
a) Select the template whose Purpose is Double opt-in, email base confirmation.
b) You can edit the content you’d like to confirm with the contact depending on your needs.
c) Check for errors and Go live it.
2. Set your marketing form
a) Go to the Summary tab of your form
b) Set the Form level double opt-In.
Select the email created in step 1 as the Confirmation email and make sure the ‘Content settings’ is the same as the marketing page.
c) Check for errors and Go live it.
3. Make a submission with the test email address during the validity of the journey and you will receive the confirmation email soon.
