Dear All,
I am using Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.
I have created a Sales Item, create a receipt and post hte document but after posting the document that receipt document is not appearing in Item Stock Inquiry window.
I have also check from table IV30300, It is not apperaing there as well. How can I correct this. As document is posted correctly with No error.
How can I correct this. Please help.

Thank you for the update. You mention that some of the transactions are not being reflected at this time. I would like to verify they have been posted in SOP and POP? If they have not been posted in the original modules they will not updated this table. Does it happen for transactions now?
If it was for older transactions it is possible that the checkboxes were not marked and now are.

Thanks for your reply, I have checked Item Maintenance Option, all check are marked but still it is not reflecting Some purchase Transaction not all in IV30300.
Is there any procedure to correct these transaction?

Hello Asif,
Thank you for using Microsoft Online Communities. I understand that you are not seeing records for an item in the IV30300 table. This is a history table that shows all the transactions for the item from the different modules. If you are not seeing records in this table it makes me think that you have not marked the item to track history.
I would verify this by going into the Item Maintenance Options window. There is a section in this window in the bottom right to Maintain History. If these checkboxes are not marked the IV30300 table will not be updated once you post invoices from SOP or POP.

Go and check SOP30300 and make sure that item is not marked as noninventory item (NONINVENT = 0).
