Hi guys,
when we create a survey within Marketing with Customer Voice, automatically Office Groups are created, which are public.

Martin, the group is created when you share a Customer Voice project. We are working on support for selecting an existing group when sharing a project. Would you share with us (email at customervoice@microsoft.com) with some more information around your customization requirements?
I face the same problem. It would be great eather be able to assign forms to groups or to be able to automatically hide groups in Outlook. At the moment administrators have to manually hide auto created groups via Powershell.
we handle this by provide a prefix in our customer journeys. So our admins are able to handle these groups.
