Hi there!
Talking about Sales Insights for Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise, I can see that some features are available for free with Sales Enterprise and some (premium ones i.e. assistant, who knows whom etc.) require an additional Sales Insights license.
How can I get these premium Sales Insights functionalities? Do I need to purchase Dynamics 365 Sales Premium licences or just purchase Sales Insights Add-On for my Sales Enterprise license? In case, where is the Add-On available and how much does it cost?

You can upgrade your existing Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise license to Sales Premium or purchase Sales Insights separately.
Information about licenses and Sales Insights pricing is available from your Microsoft account team and partner service provider, or at https://dynamics.microsoft.com/pricing/#Sales.
Microsoft offers a number of methods for you to choose from:
Contact us to upgrade a Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise or Sales Professional license with the purchase of Sales Insights for Dynamics 365 or a Dynamics 365 Sales Premium package.
Contact your Microsoft business partner or your Microsoft account manager.
Buy a full license from Dynamics 365.
