How to decrease points for inactivity in lead scoring model?

Hi!

I have a question regarding the lead scoring model, and I would be really grateful if you can help me to solve this case!

The thing is, that we would like to give minus points for inactivity. So if there's no activity (emails opened, webinar attendees, visiting website etc.) recorded in the past 6 months, we would like to decrease scoring by 5 points.

I can't find a solution on how we should create this kind of functionality in the lead scoring model. Do you have any advices?

Thank you in advance!

-Marianne

    Hi Marianne,

Take the Email Opened mentioned in your question as an example.

The condition should be something like:

    Hi Nya,

Thanks for your fast response! However, I would need further advice on how to create a condition that tracks the inactivity of the lead? What entity should I choose? I would like to know if we have had any activity with a prospect during the past 6 months. If not, the decreasing points.

The problem is, that I don't know how to set up the condition correctly so the lead scoring model would recognize leads with no activity during the past 6 months?

    Hi Marianne,

You just need to switch the "+" into "-" in the scoring model.
