This may be a dumb question, but is there a way to close a phone call of in the same step as when you first enter a call?

I can only work out how to essentially schedule a call that is open, and then you have to close it in a seperate step...

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

When you create Activity as phone call from navigation you have Mark complete ribbon button which will essentially mark the phone call complete.

is this what you are looking for?

    Thanks

I had been using the quick create form starting from the timeline on a contact, and that doesn't have the mark complete button on it.  I guess i will have to adjust the Quick create form to include it.
