Creating a custom dialog with custom pages

Hi folks,
 
I think I already know the answer to this one ("it's not possible") but I thought I'd ask the wonderful community anyway: 

I'm trying to create a custom dialog for converting an Email to a Case. The existing dialog in Customer Service looks like this: 

 
It has nice rounded corners, no intrusive title bar, etc. Using a Custom Page I've managed to get this: 


As you can see the issue is just cosmetic, but it just feels a lot neater. Does anyone know how I might create something more like the Out-of-the-Box dialog?

    Currently, there really is no OOB method to create a custom dialog with custom pages.

    I found a couple of articles that mention creating custom page dialogs, you can refer to the articles in this link:
