When printing RDLC reports, there is a mysterious 1 inch margin.

There is no margin on the report.

The printer has no margins set for the paper size.

Any ideas as to why there is a 1 inch top and bottom margin on my report?

Hi,

Does this problem occur when printing other reports? If other reports have this problem, there may be a problem with the printer itself. Or you can check out this official document: Report Designer interface - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. This article explains how to navigate through Report designer and how to use the various options to meet your specific requirements.
