Hello,
I have IE 11 installed on my machine.
I was testing my application on all browser where it worked every other browser - including Microsoft Edge - but Internet Explorer.
It is throwing an error about unable to find web resource.
My CRM server version is as below:
Server version: 9.1.0000.25236
Any specific reason behind this or I'm missing something here?

I would raise this to support https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support.
That being said, is there a particular reason for using IE 11?
The recommandation is to use a modern browser, like Microsoft Edge.
On a side note, Microsoft 365 apps and services will stop supporting IE 11 after August 17, 2021:
