Charts in Interactive Services Hub v/s Regular Dynamics CRM

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi experts,

Interactive Service Hub is an interesting feature to supplement service handling capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. However, the amount of customisations within it increasingly seem difficult or impossible. The following are some of the requirements that our client is interested in. I would be grateful for any comments / analysis by the experts in this forum:

1) Relabelling axis names in ISH: Even though we've changed the label names (through chart XML download and upload) the original labels still appear in ISH. See attached pictures. In particular, I'm interested in removing the "Count" labels from the fields. This issue is not observed in the regular view (Non-ISH) of the chart

2) Chart window size manipulations in ISH: Is there a way to modify/manipulate the window size in context with the ISH? We intend to reduce the stream size and increase the chart size.

3) Change the axis label style: We wish to display the content either in straight line or anyway with which the entire content appears. Please note that in ISH the labels are displayed slanted. While aesthetically better, the function of displaying the entire field name is negated. This behaviour is not observed in the regular view (see attached pictures)

4) Remove the "number" labels from charts and insert them in axis: ISH seems to display a number along with the chart instead of providing an axis with the number. Is there a way

5) Change the default theme of ISH: ISH seems to have a default black background for charts and a light grey back ground for the stream and the rest of the screen. Is there a way this can be modified?
