I'm looking for some information please.
I currently have the customer self service portal installed on our Dynamics 365 online. When a portal user logs on to the portal and tries to confirm his mobile number or to enable his 2 factored authentication, he gets the generic "We're sorry, but something went wrong. Error ID # [random guid]" error.
Looking into the documentations there seems to be a Dynamics 365 process called "Send Sms Confirmation To Contact" which doesn't appear in any of the installed managed solutions related to the portal. Similar the 2 factor process "Send Sms Two Factor Code To Contact" is also missing from the portal solution.
However I can confirmed that the "Email Confirmation" does work fine as the process "Send Email Confirmation To Contact" does exist in the managed portal solution.
Can anyone else confirm that their SMS is working and which portal they currently have installed?
