Product created in D365 is not reflecting in the CPOS

Hi all,

I have created few new items attached with the Retail Product Category .I have already mentioned all mandatory field for the product added the product in the assortment and publish it. Run the product job 1040 .I have already run the full job 9999 also for checking but no success. If any idea please let us know so we can proceed further.

Your suggestion will be too much appreciable.

    Can you try with resetting the IE data. I think it might be using the cache to pick up the data.

    Hi,

    1) Sometimes you need to restart Retail server to clear caches.

    2) Make sure you see new products when clicking 'View channel products' button on Store details in D365 - this helps to check if assortment published successfully
