Dev Extension in Sandbox unpublished when Install Extension from AppSource

Hi All,

 

I have a question,

When I installed extension from AppSource in Production, why all other extension in my Sandbox got unpublished? I mean, its different environment between production and sandbox.

it is quite troublesome cause we have a lot of Dev extension in there.

    I does not happen because you install anything from AppSource.
    But It happens when your sandbox is updated to a newer Business Central version if you have deployed the dev extention from VS Code.
    You even get a warning about this when you publish an extention from VS code.
    Use extention management to install the app in the sandbox if you want to avoid this.

    Hi, I agree with Inge. This appears to be a version upgrade issue. And this is also mentioned in the documentation below.
