D365 Marketing personalized content based on contact field

Hello team, could you please help us with the following?

Example: We have one segment with contacts: 10 of them have the field address= x and 20 of them have the field address= z

Could we send different template to them based on the address field value?

    Hi Chrysa Kefala,

    Why not to split the segment into two based on the addresses? So that you can use the segments as the audiences in two swim lanes of a customer journey and send different versions of email to them.

    The only way to determine the contacts field within a journey is to use Workflow, which cannot be used to send Marketing Emails.

     

    To split the segment easily, it is no need to edit the original segment. You just need to create a new dynamic segment with the original one as the segment block in it and the condition based on address as its query block.

    For example, the “Registered Ones” is the original segment here. And the following one can filter out the contacts in “Registered Ones” whose address is U.S.
