Kindly suggest me to design the BU ,
My Parent BU have 3 teams-QA,BO and Employee.
When the case is created based on case type BO team member will assign directly to respective Sub department Team(ex.subDepartment 1).
Once subDepartment completes they have to assign it to Parent BU while he clicks on assign he should only see the parent team to select not other teams. Not to Department 1 .whereas Department 1 will have only One member who will just monitor.
Also i want to automate the status as forwarded when it is assigned to sub department by BO.
