Hi,

I have set up an event with several session ahve grouped some of them into tracks. All of the entitites are set to live but when I open set event portal, it is not possible to register for any of the tracks

Registering for individual sessions works fine though

    Hi,

I can understand your needs, but so is the design.

In particular, the first issue: if it is possible to register by track and some tracks have intersections of sessions, then the registrations of these sessions will be difficult to manage

You can post your proposal to Ideas forum to let people vote for your idea.

If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.

    Best Regards,

    Hi Nya,

thanks for your answer. Is there a way to offer visitors of the portal to register for complete tracks as one package rather than having to book the individual sessions? It would make sense that the visitor could book the whole package in my my eyes.

Also, the problem that I have is, that when the visitor of the portal clicks on the session tracks tab, he can no longer book session at all. He can only do that via the sessions tab.

    Hi,

The list you have circled in the screenshot are not session tracks, but individual sessions.

The session tracks are only available in the drop down list in the top right hand corner.

There is a N: N (many-to-many) relationship between the Session entity and the Session Track entity. So they cannot be uniquely identified with each other

And the session tracks cannot be registered in the marketing application. Only sessions can be registered.

The number of registrations of a session track is actually the sum of the number of registrations of the sessions it contains.

    Nya
