how can i make user only add address with one originating type and one terminating type in subgrid?. i've tried using delete with web api, but erased the top row?

I suggest you to do plugin that triggers before entity create. You just need to check if there is no other entity created with that type, if there is already one entity with type that you just wanted to create just don't create it (throw plugin exception).
