AddInReady trigger doesnt work

Hello everyone. Our developer team encountered issue related to user control triggers. Charts are not showing any data. What we discovered is that trigger AddInReady of user control BusinessChart, is not triggered at all.

Maybe someone has encountered similar issue?

Business Central, OnPrem, 20.6
