How to count rows based on the Teams chat topics

Been playing with MS Teams and am listing all my Chats there are 2 chats with different conversation IDs that I want to count
 
The result should be Count= 2
 
So trying to figure out an expression, where I want to get all records (chats/Topic) with the same exact name
////
