We use a third party document imaging a workflow product with GP Dynamics 2010. It uses GP Web Services. The product recently stopped working - only half of the documents that were being added to transactions successfully appeared in GP. The technical person from the third party s/w company spent a significant amount of time investigating the problem and came back with this response:
"GP web service was crashed when you processed large size batch and after that it was mashed. After all troubleshooting I found that GP Web Service is not working, I have restarted Web Service which helped to resolved the issue."
We don't have a lot of experience with GP Web Services. Does anyone know if this is a common problem and how to prevent it? Is there some type of import limit?
