Deploying DEV VM using MSDN subscription

I am trying to create a DEV VM for dev learning purpose. I have an MSDN subscription, which I use for Azure subscription.

In the last dialog, where I need to select the size, the drop down arrow is not showing (i dont have the option to select the size).   

Can anyone know  what I'm missing here? Is this azure subscription issue?

    Hi Freya,

    I can be indeed related to your Azure subscription. Can you check which sizes are available when you try to create a virtual machine on Azure via the Azure Portal? Does this have machine sizes like D13, D12? The number of cores assigned to your subscription might be insufficient to run these type of sizes.

    Thanks Andre. I have noticed this error message in Azure portal. I followed the suggested workaround for the error - Azure region access request process - Azure | Microsoft Docs

    Will update if it got fixed.
