Error when a user tries to issue a reminder

Hi,

I am getting a strange error when one of the users is trying to issue a reminder. This is working for all other users. I have assign the SUPER permission to the user but nothing changes

Have you done any customization or developer? Please ask him to correct Option field's value.

Thank you for your repply.

No customization, this action works fine for all other users . Only this user has a problem. No personalization pages for this user.

Emmm, looks like this part of the problem.
But it's still hard to know what the problem is.
Is this user's license type different from other users?
