    Hi Anitha,

But business events can work without using the batch and ticking this flag in BE parameters

    Hello,

    Possible Causes :
    - Incorrect Endpoint Configuration – Check if the endpoint (Azure Service Bus, HTTP, Power Automate) is configured correctly.
    - Network/Firewall Issues – Ensure there are no network restrictions or firewall rules blocking the request.
    -  Authentication Issues – Verify that D365FO has valid credentials for the endpoint (Azure AD, API keys).
    -  Inactive Event Subscription – Ensure the event subscription is active in the catalog.
    -  Service Throttling or Downtime – Check for service disruptions or throttling in external services (Azure, Microsoft services).
    -  Logic Apps/Power Automate Errors – Inspect any Logic Apps or flows triggered by the event for failures.

    Best regards,
