Items Not showing in POS

Hi,

we have 2 POSes, (AX 2012 R3)

one of them is getting the time correctly from the Server, but the shows no item,

I checked the Channel Configuration Utility and it's working well.

am I missing something?

    Are they linked to the same store and is that channel connected to a catalog with items and has that catalog been published?

    yes they are linked to the same store and the channel is connected the catalog with published items,

    I also tried with the same cashier (worker) but only one POS is showing the items.

    Did you mean to say that you have two POS connected to same store server. One POS is not getting any items ?

    If yes, make sure that you have entered the correct Legal Entity or Company ID in the channel configuration utility. This often happens with the users when you have multiple LE's.
