Email router configuration manager exception

I have installed Dynamics CRM 2016 and working fine and installed email router configuration manager but when I am trying to load data (users) from CRM I got the below error screen and Exception in event log, I made double check for the server url (server\organization) and also the deployment tab credentials (already using deployment domain account), please I need help to complete this process.
