When printing a Collection Letter using a Word document, is there a way to print address lines from another Address ID that is NOT the primary address ID on the customer card? Even though you change the Address ID on the Collection Management Print Selection or the Collection Management Customer Information windows, the word letter mail merge fields are pulling from the customer card (Customer Master table) and not the Customer Address table. The Report Writer letter can print the additional addresses, but the customer needs the Word letter to do the same.
