Exporting Word Template

Hey Guys,

I am trying to export a word template from my Opportunity page. The word template is exporting totally fine. I want to populate the data of custom fields from my CRM to word. The custom fields are Multiple Options Set and Option Set.

I am putting a scenario here for you guys to understand about the circumstances which led me here.

a. Word template is not blank, it already contains data of 15 pages.
b. Custom fields are related to this very data of 15 pages.
c. I want a certain conditions based on what I choose on my CRM fields to get populated respectively on my word template, let say I select (x,y) on my multiple options field, I want to apply a condition where I could choose what to hide/show on my word template based on my choices in CRM.

I have already tried macros in word but it only functions at my ms word, since the macros is on my word or whatever. I am not sure of this also because I guess CRM does not support macros of word.
