Excel Export Segment members

Hello,

Do you know if there is a way to add / adapt the fields when conducting an exel export of a segment. We need all unsubscribers from our newsletter and also need a tinestamp / date for the unsubscription. To get all unsubscribers we created a segment.

My problem 1 ) is that I don't know how to adapt the excel file when exporting a segment and my problem 2) is that I dont know which field to use / so where to find the date of unsubscription.

Any ideas?

Hi Nadine

I'm not sure this can be done on a segment level. However on an individual email level you can export this data from the insights tab.

If you navigate to the email > Insights > Interactions > Unsubscriptions Submitted you can then use the export to CSV option on the top of the view to export your unsubscribes.

Not the exact thing you wanted to do but hope it helps.
