Hi 

I am supposed to create a new Customer Revenue SSRS report.

I am supposed to create a parameter box with the above fields.

Please let me know how to get the above fields like Product line(Dimension),Location,Report Currency as drop down.

I am supposed to create the report in AX 2012.

Should i go for UI builder class or can i establish it through contract itself?

I am not a full time AX developer, So please help me with ur ideas.

    One alternative idea is using the standard cubes.

    Maybe they are worth giving a thought before developing something new from scratch.

    Hi,

    Following Community Discussion thread helps to add the financial dimension to UI builder class.

    How to filter a SSRS report with financial dimensions

    (community.dynamics.com/.../210051)

    Location and Report Currency lookups can be achieved by adding the required parmMethods to the contract class(with the help of EDT's InventLocationId and CurrencyId)
