Hi everyone,

I have an existing customer that wants to expand with Customer Insights Journeys.

Customer is asking about LinkedIn Lead Gen but as we all know, that will not be part of Real-Time for now although Microsoft is "considering adding LinkedIn Lead Gen to real-time journeys in a future release, but there's no timeline for the feature currently."

Any suggestions, work arounds or other ideas from those of you who currently have customers using the feature in Outbound?

There are third-party tools and connectors like Zapier or Hubspot or Zoho, that can help bridge the gap between LinkedIn and Dynamics 365. These tools can automate the process of syncing leads from LinkedIn to your CRM.
