I'm facing the following error after migrating from Dynamics 2013 to 365 on premise. No workflows are firing because of the following or similar error relating to An unexpected error ocurred while executing an asyncoperation of type 10 for organization bfa0a374-d7f2-e311-80c7-00155d500103. Exception: Microsoft.Crm.CrmInvalidRecurrenceRuleException: Each rule part must be a name-value pair separated by '='. Actual number of fragments: 1. The Async server is on a backend server and all error are in the event log . The type number varies also

Can anybody help or give me some advice please.

Advanced find for those system job with status = failed, waiting.

Check what are the error message.

Servers have been restarted and IIS reset . Could the lack of SPN cause this issue ?

Try restarting the async service and reset IIS. Looks like the upgrade was not smooth or some thing was not right at the tie of upgrade.

Sorry I'm not sure what you mean. What should I be looking for in the system jobs advanced find?

This is not easy..

Can check if you can find any clue in advanced find => system job? Any recent error?
