Queue items are not visible. Item count is present in the view.

Hi All,

We are creating one queue item (to a user's default queue) for each activity record by system workflow. On development environment all queue items are visible. When we try the same in production, the view of queues shows item count and if we add the activity to other queue, the item count changes. But none of the queue items are visible. What could be wrong here?

    Silly mistake on our side. No issues with the queues here.

    What was the issue ? I'm facing same issue on on-premise.

    Check the Views filter criteria,it may fix ur issue.
