HR - Requisitions

This is about the Requisitions setup in GP2010 HR Module.  When i created a Requisition with 2 Available Position.  I found that Applications Filled was set to 2 when 2 applicant was assigned to the same requisition.

I did the following steps.

1. Setup the respective Interview information for those two applicants.
2. Followed Hiring process and converted 2 applicants into employees.
3. Reconcile HR. Tools -> Utilities -> HR -> Reconcile.

After doing the above ones, i found the below field was not updating to 2.  I was trying to find when was the below 2 fields will be updated automatically when the respecive process are done.

Positions Filled.
Applicant Interviewed.

Can any one help me with the above.  Am i missing any setups.
