Hello everybody,

I'am looking for training materials for Inventory management module for AX 2012 (Not WMS).

Could anybody give me some links to blogs, articles books or videos, something to start with.

Hi Haythem,

With appropriate permissions, you could try get the ‘Instructor’ training manuals for these three topics, which I think cover what I would call Inventory.

• Distribution and Trade in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

• Supply Chain Foundation in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

• Warehouse Management System in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

There's also 'student' training material for Inventory costing called 'Hands-On Lab: Costing and Inventory Valuation in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012'

For more recent material (R3) look for similar courses on Dynamics Learning Portal: mbspartner.microsoft.com (although not even all partners have access here).

You need to specify your requirement clearly what actually you are looking for in inventory management. In AX 2012 Inventory and warehouse are combined.
