When I run the Historical Aged Trial Balance in SSRS, do I need to fill in all the field? it seems like there are too many fields to fill up. I just want to run the report to get all the vendors for a date range. I keep getting the prompt to enter the vendor ID, Vendor Name, User Define 1 and so. Sometimes I get past the message but then I would get zero amount on the report.

Yes. The defaults for these fields were not set correctly (ie vendor name 00000 to zzzzzzz) so something needs to be entered.
