GP Drill Back Focus

I just deployed an update to our custom web application that has a drill-back to GP 2010. The users love it, however as users often do, they have complaints too. I cannot figure out how to have the drill back set the focus on the GP window. I've tried adding '&FocusWindow=true' to the query string of the drill back but still not focusing. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Bump - for 2013

I did notice that if you have multiple monitors and GP is open on one of the monitors, the windows pop up just fine -assuming their are no other windows blocking it.

Good question- I as well would like to know how to make this happen.
